In 2023, 76% of the firm's electricity across EMEA was purchased on a 100% renewable energy green tariff. The firm also occupies buildings with leading environmental certifications including LEED Platinum (Frankfurt, Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai), LEED Gold (Bangkok), BREEAM Excellent (Amsterdam, Brussels) and BEAM Plus Final Platinum (Hong Kong). The new Dubai office at ICD Brookfield Place is the tallest and largest LEED Platinum building in EMEA.

In 2023 Norton Rose Fulbright adopted a grove of 100 abandoned olive trees in Tuscany through Ager Oliva, with up to 60kg CO2 offset per saved tree and ~15 tonnes absorbed per hectare per year. Since UK offices partnered with PrintRelief in September 2022, 606 trees had been reforested as of March 2024. These are nature-based offset/avoidance activities rather than durable engineered removals.
